- Develop related solutions / services based on the internally adopted development standard
- Conduct Code Review for other solution developers and provide comments on the developed code
- Coach and support other solution developers in their work activities
- Coordinate and support the QA team in preparing the Test & Acceptance Plan, certifying the solutions and developing the required manuals
- Compile Solutions Packages and Installation Documents, and ensure the solutions deployment
- Provide the right support to the clients, and perform troubleshooting activities as needed
- Conduct Solutions & Products R&D and lead small teams for specific solutions and projects

In charge of HomeRésa (apartment’s rental solutions) used by European tour operators (solutions for holiday rentals, Short and Long term rentals).
•Analyze the best strategy to optimize our products and lead the apartment rental industry.
•Respond to client’s notifications and demands.
•Research and implement the best technology for rental solutions.
•In charge of Hachette Antoine & Antoine Online (the best online bookstore in Lebanon and the Middle East).

Responsible of developing web applications using the .NET technology, HTML, JavaScript
•Administering Oracle Database (Tables, procedures, functions, indexing, etc...)
•Developing web services in C# (SOAP, REST)
