Handle recruitment process from posting new job openings, to screening and filtering applicants, interviewing potential candidates, and shortlisting qualified candidates for a final interview with the CEO.
Provide with selected candidate with job offer, follow up joining date and requirements documents.
Extending employment offers and discussing compensation packages.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Support managers and team leaders on all recruiting matters.
Ensure employee relation cases are managed to meet best practice requirements.
Monitor and develop performance appraisal systems.
Monitor all employee records to include absence, sickness, etc. and provide regular reports to the senior management team.
Prepare monthly payroll.
Receive inquires from sales team, showroom, through direct email and phone calls.
Redirect messages to the concerned parties
Prepare soft offers and quotations to all inquires received.
Follow up on quotations on weekly basis.
Take initiative by assisting the sales team in taking meeting with potential client.
Oversees sales department’s activities.
Prepare daily schedule for the supervisors and collect daily feedback.
Coordinate tasks between all departments, insure their completion.
Monitor delivery of the materials on site.
Follow up with contractors to finalize projects on time.
Manage and oversee the company’s documents, ensure proper filing.
Ensure the proper documents are created and signed by the person in charge.
Ensure that all data is accurate and that documents are stored and backed up.
Prepare monthly payroll.
Assist in the recruitment process.
Follow up and coordinate with the NSSF.
Schedule employees vacations.
Control all employee records.
Ensure proper documentation and filling.
