 Providing administrative support to the sales & service team includes quotations, sales order, processing (issuing of sales order, delivery order & invoices), ensure smooth and on-time deliveries with inter-departments, vendors and customers.
 Attend to customers' enquiries and sales order over the phone.
 Provide good support and customer service to existing customers.
 Receive and handle phone calls in the department.
 Generates monthly report to the immediate Sales manager.
 Handling sales administrative job such as checking incoming and outgoing faxes, making photocopy, distributing documents and sending emails to clients.
 Filing and binding of documents.
 Working closely with Sales Executive to assist and provide operation support.
 Liaising and Co-ordination with internal department and external parties.
 Perform other activities from time to time as per superior's instruction.
