SALES COORDINATOR

Providing administrative support to the sales & service team includes quotations, sales order, processing (issuing of sales order, delivery order & invoices), ensure smooth and on-time deliveries with inter-departments, vendors and customers.
Attend to customers' enquiries and sales order over the phone.
Provide good support and customer service to existing customers.
Receive and handle phone calls in the department.
Generates monthly report to the immediate Sales manager.
Handling sales administrative job such as checking incoming and outgoing faxes, making photocopy, distributing documents and sending emails to clients.
Filing and binding of documents.
Working closely with Sales Executive to assist and provide operation support.
Liaising and Co-ordination with internal department and external parties.
Perform other activities from time to time as per superior's instruction.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform field promotion to medical doctors and pharmacy
Prepare and arrange marketing data
Promote and demonstrate Medical Drug products
Responsible for the over-all marketing programs of product in the area
Distribute samples and propaganda materials in various key areas
Assist medical doctors in conducting free clinic in the area
Demonstrate and present product features to medical doctors and health workers
Prepare and arrange product’s purchase orders
