HSE performance management for the group at corporate level reporting progress to Executive Committee and CEO. Implementation of key initiatives such as Organisational Culture Survey and Leadership training, HSE Management System documentation review, British Safety Council 5 star audit program.

HSE Manager - managing HSE in port and maritime operations. Specific responsibilities included technical department maintenance of all port equipment and marine pilotage of vessels sailing in and out of Jebel Ali Port.

To manage million pound projects in construction and mechanical and electrical engineering within the water industry, carry out audits and inspections, accident investigation, compile reports for board level and for client. To ensure health and safety management system is implemented and adhered to throughout the business (currently to OHSAS 18001 2007 standards). To carry out on site and in-house training. I take the lead in OSHAS 18001, fire risk assessments, training and occupational health for our company which includes reviewing existing procedures and policies and updating and writing new policies and procedures. I hold a NEBOSH Diploma as well as NEBOSH construction certificate and NEBOSH General certificate. I also hold a BTEC Advanced Professional Award in Investigative Practice and many other training courses completed relevant to Construction and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering environments. I report to company senior managers/MD's, sub contractors, clients and other partners within our industry. Also an Environmental Advisor on projects auditing to ISO14001 standards.
