• Welcoming the guests upon entering the establishment
• Leading the guests to their respective table
• Presenting the menu card to the guests/take their order
• Informing the guests of daily specials (Suggestive Selling, Up selling)
• Anticipating guest's needs

• Handling guests complaints
• Serving the guests
• Assisting the guests in their check-in and check-out
• Observing the cleanliness and orderliness inside the working area
• Checking the tools and equipments before and after using
• Satisfying customers wants and needs
