Strategy Formulation
•Develop supply chain processes for Brick & Mortar stores & E-commerce platforms to enhance efficiency performance enabling the achievement of AAW’s mission & vision.

•Manage & negotiating rates with International Transporters, Freight Forwarders & C&F Agents for the best cost effective transport solutions, inventory management & complete Supply Chain module including the E-commerce platform.
•Identified product cost drivers and variances to manage and control expense.
Operations
•Maintaining inventory levels, controlling cost, maximizing internal & external customer on-time deliveries and support and lead improvement projects within the organization.
•Lead & manage all International, GCC & Local Import and Export shipments for stock & Non-stock orders.
•Leveraged SC resources to achieve efficient, on time & complete delivery of products to customers resulting in an OTD accuracy of 98%.
•Analysis of commercial and operational business trends within the SCM department with Freight Forwarding & Transportation Companies, Warehousing, Custom Clearance, International & Local Projects as its core products.
