Handles inquiries both in telephone and thru e-mails, prepares quotation, recieves and handles customer payments, managing the petty cash, coordinates with other departments, do office duties like sending fax, e-mails, secretarila jobs, do basic sales etc...
Worked side by side with the physician and other members of the health care team. Implements doctor's order, do documentation, prepares medications, assists in the OR and DR as well as assisting patients admitted in the hospital ward.
Assists American based customers through calls in placing their orders online, schedule the delivery and making their payments making sure that they have smooth and fast transaction. Receive compains and inquiries through telephone and thru e-mails and resolve the issues that the customers have.
