Baseline, Revised Baseline and Recovery Programme
 Review the Contractor’s Baseline, Revised Baseline and Recovery (Activity) Programme submission including all narratives and supporting information.
 Provide the comments/approval as per the specified duration in the Contract.
 Once an EOT has been granted, require the Contractor to submit the Revised Baseline immediately.
 If the progress variance is more than 5%, request the Contractor to provide a Recovery/Mitigation Programme.

Schedule Update - Weekly and Monthly
 Review the Contractor’s work programme submission including all narratives and supporting information.
 Provide analysis and findings. Verify actual progress and compare actual performance to original plan.
 Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern to SRE and/or to the relevant section leads.
 Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendation to maintain required progress.

Monthly Progress Report (MPR) for RPD
 Prepare and consolidate all the necessary narratives, documents and information required for MPR.
 Coordinate with other section leads (Commercial, Construction, HSE, QA/QC, Stakeholder Management) for their respective sections required update.
 Quality checks the correctness and completeness of MPR and ensure timely submission to RPD.
 Ensure that the schedule update (primavera file) has no scheduling errors and the progress % and key milestone completion dates has been reviewed and agreed by SRE. If not, adjust the programme accordingly.
 All updates related to planning (narrative and excel) shall be consistent with the primavera file.

Claims
 Evaluate the Contractor’s Extension of Time requests and prepare recommendations.
 Review the proposed time element of Change Orders and submit analysis to SRE/SQS.

Others
 Oversee the Contractor’s Planning Team for smooth workflow.
 Monitor the Contractor’s Daily Report and provide feedback/update to SRE and RE (Utilities and Roads).


 Provide all the routine and non-routine reports, documents or information required/requested by RPD as directed by SRE.
 Attend Progress Meetings and prepare the Minutes of Meeting.
 Prepare letters related to planning in response to Contractor’s letter or KEO letter as requested by SRE.
 Prepare Project Presentation for KEO Management.
 Provide planning support to all Project’s Section Lead and other KEO Projects under RPD.
