• Monitoring of FAB notifiable Diseases.
• Reporting FAB notifiable diseases to MESU.
• Collecting and compiling relevant documents of FAB confirmed COVID-19 cases.
• Encoding and updating FAB COVID-19 cases master list.
• Coordination with the HR, Physician, Nurse, and Safety Officer of locators regarding suspect, probable, and confirmed case of COVID-19 cases.
• Coordination with MHO/MESU regarding referral and communication re: COVID 19.
• Coordination with the LGU DSO’s and Contact Tracers.
• Referrals of FAB confirmed COVID-19 cases to MESU.
• Monitoring of daily health declaration of AFAB Employees working onsite.
• Manning of Triage.
• Supervision of AFAB Contact Tracers.
• Supervision of AFAB QUARANTINE AND ISOLATION FACILITY.
• Coordination with AFAB IQF staff for admission and discharged patient.
• Act as AFAB clinic Nurse.
• Answer calls promptly.
• Make patient's file.
• Make file for adult patients with secured Civil ID, nursing program, medication sheet and medical report.
• Check patient's contract and make new one if needed.
• Monitor monthly off duties of the nurses.
• Encode new patient for accounts.
• Check each account for payment of balance.
• Monitor medical supplies every week or once a month.
• Prepare medications of the patients every end of the month.
• Prepare nurses notes at the end of the month and give it to all nurses.
• Remind all the nurses to submit notes with signature.
• Prepare and check all paraphernalia of the nurses before and after their vacation.
• Assist head nurse in making her daily schedule.
• Accompany staff nurses when they will go to their duties especially for the new patient.
• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial and/or emotional needs.
• Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs and monitor, evaluate and record food and liquid intake and output levels.
• Administers medications as assigned; serves as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects, and dosage; checks for proper medication order; documents medications; obtains required consent forms to administer immunizations; reviews drug samples to ensure they have not exceeded the expiration date; labels sample drugs and educates patients of medication administration.
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Responds to phone messages from patients and informs physicians as needed.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition.
Responding to vehicular accident.
Do first-aid procedure in every emergency cases.
Do ambulance conduction.
Make follow-up calls and referral for patients.
Gives medication as prescribed by Rural Health Physicians.
Make minor operation procedures like circumcision, incision and drainage, suturing of lacerated wound supervise by physician.
Do follow-up orders by the doctors.
Gives injection and medication as prescribed by the physician.
Assist in physical examination.
Chart and documents patients care.
Keep all the records and update it.
Make follow-up calls and referral for patients.
Do autoclaving of instruments.
Participate in the implementation of programs for different kinds of nursing personnel.
Endorse nursing action done within the shift.
