- Media Sphere is a media agency which is based across Dubai, Brussels, and Singapore. I act as the key person in Dubai liaising with the other offices.

Job Responsibilities:
- local and international digital media planning for various clientele.
- Executing digital media planns on approval from Clients.
- Negotiating best CPM rates and buying digital media space.
- Collating CPC reports after a digital campaign has been executed and discussing post campaign reports with the clients.
- Responsible for the buying, booking and execution of print media reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- Foster productive relationships with media buying firms, agency creative/account/traffic groups, internal brand teams and cross-functional partners, as well as sales representatives from key media outlets.
- Communicate with agencies and outside vendors for billing issues and dispute resolution.
- Maintain the database of media suppliers, their media kits, and the negotiated advertising rates we have with them.
- From time-to-time, use media buying agencies and/or media representative companies for rates depending on the newspaper, magazine or TV station.
- Manage the invoicing and media booking orders and media insertion orders
- Handle all voucher copies and requests for sample copies of various publications.
- Chase artworks and signed orders from clients and forward them to the media when necessary.
- Obtain media research for us to evaluate our choices of media.
- Maintain media factsheets for every new publication we make contact with, worldwide.

- Maintain and prepare all press kits (DIRC and DWC) & fax, email or mail press release and background materials to reporters upon request, track and maintain media library regarding news & press releases relating to Meydan/ Equine providing on spot administration for the events team.
- Assist with media accreditation for both the season and Dubai World Cup. This involves processing applications and issuing badges for the season; and coordinating with our Travel Dept for flight and hotel arrangements for DWC once Media Coordinator/Manager approves the application.
