Restaurant receptionist, responsible for:
• Personal representative of the hotel, providing service that reflects the high standards of fairmont Dubai
• To exceed all guests expectations when they come to dine in the restaurant
• Will offer support to all colleagues in the restaurant, a team of professionals with a passion for food and beverage
• The hostess will engage the Guest in friendly conversation, enquiring as to their stay at the hotel, if their room is comfortable, If they had a goodnight sleep, if they are celebrating a special occasion etc. This is the first Guest interaction at restaurant so a friendly warm & inviting first impression is essential. Our signature greeting and warm welcome will b e known citywide.
• Train staff in efficient and courteous service, consistent with hotel standard
• Ensure orderly operations, Respond appropriately and in a timely manner to problems and guest complaints
• Making schedules of service staff
• Review Profit and Loss
• Supervision and management of the Banquet section and services
• Close coordination with sales for the events and functions of the hotel
• Banquet Coordinator
• Provides banquet lay out to sales coordinator
