• Management and control of the day to day operations of the finance unit
• Accurate and complete recording of the financial transactions (IFRS)
• Prepare annual financial statements and audit file for external auditors
• Managing the financial reporting monthly and annually (MIS)
• Manage the preparation of the departmental budgets and forecasts in a timely and appropriate manner (+15M KD)
• Manage and develop corporate KPI’s
• Researching macroeconomic & microeconomic conditions along with company fundamentals to make decisions
• Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the corporate, including the financial impact when risks occur
Duties: Reporting the following:
• Perform daily general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Present annual budgets, reviews it on monthly basis
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly cash flows & profits
• Preparing yearly and monthly MIS reports
• Controlling and monitoring CAPEX & OPEX
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic researches
Duties: Reporting the following:
1. Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet the firm objectives;
2. Maintain the corporate credit policy;
3. Recommend changes in the credit policy if it is required to the top management;
4. Properly motivate collections teamwork;
5. Monitor periodic credit reviews and manage customer credit files;
6. Measure department performance with appropriate metrics;
7. Manage relations with the sales department;
8. Monitoring and evaluating active accounts to reduce or prevent bad debt losses, and;
9. Develop a credit scoring model.
Duties: Reporting the following:
1-Financial Statements Analysis;
2-Closing GL accounts;
3-Checking, analyzing, and reporting sales;
4-Cash and bank reconciliation;
5-Purchase reconciliation;
6-Following internal controls;
7-Addressing complaints and resolving problems, and;
8-Assesses operation performance.
Duties: Reporting the following:
1-Preparing consolidated fixed assets schedule for the presentation on the financial statement;
2-Preparing financial statement and balance sheet;
3-Variance analysis (review budget against actual results);
4-Follow ups with the auditors;
5-Recording all payment and receipt vouchers;
6-Analysis of customer accounts and aging reports.
Duties: Reporting the following:
1-Maintaining receivable and payable records;
2-Handling accounts receivables and aging reports;
3-Recording invoices;
4-Preparing payroll, and;
5-Book-Keeping.
