Marketing
• Deals with different property advertising companies, magazines, and portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut, Just Property, Gulf News and the likes in order to promote the company’s properties and businesses
• Sources advertising opportunities and placing advertisements to the press through daily, weekly or monthly publications
• Cold calling - does telemarketing calls based on database/clients from different areas, dealing with different nationalities in a calm, friendly, and professional manner
• Lead generation - gets contact details of the clients and the needed information based on their property requirements
• Assists in the development of pricing strategies and coordinates financial and budgeting activities to maximize operational efficiency
• Primary contact for CRM issues - gives assistance and training to Agents, handles any system issues encountered
• Coordinates with the IT team for the design and the content of all advertisements
• Does Email and SMS campaigns for Agents and for company advertising
• Organizes Open Houses - preparing campaign materials and organizing schedules
• Determines and manages the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are satisfactorily delivered within defined time and budget
• Creates and manages systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up and office administration
• Manages the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, business cards
• Explores ways of improving the sales and increasing profitability

Receptionist
• Handles incoming and outgoing calls, addressing client’s concerns and complaints over the phone, transferring calls when necessary
• Ensures excellent customer service and proper telephone ethics are being observed in all incoming and outgoing calls
• Setting up appointments - calling clients to set appointments with our agents and calling other businesses to set meetings with the management for office related matters
