Perform search for qualified candidate according to relevant job criteria
Work closely with line/hiring managers across the business; ensure to successfully take in a brief on qualification, experience and skills to measure the calibre and competence of candidates against strict requirement and briefs provided.
Meeting department managers to know their complete requirements and specifications.
Sourcing and identifying potential candidates using in house recruitment system, database, social media, networking, external job boards, cold calling, referrals, company websites and HEADHUNTING, in accordance with the recruitment standards to close the job request as per agreed lead time.
Providing shortlists of candidates that have been pre-screened to the department/line managers.
Initial interviews, reference check and shortlist candidates.
Responsible for all activities from initial set of requirements till the selection of candidatea
Handle induction and other joining joining formalities for new joiners.
Preparing offer letters and Appointment letters for employees
Handling work in personnel section
Preparing, maintaining and update personnel files.
Develop and maintain a staff database, employee files and records

Posts job requisitions to company website and other job portals (Bayt, Monster, Gulftalent, Minhati, etc.).
Sources talents from different Job Portals
Assisted managers with hiring procedures, screening of candidates, coordinating interviews.
Assisting the HR manager in their daily routine work
Counseling the candidate, communication check, and collective details like compensation notice period in the current organization.
Coordinating with HR Managers in regards with interview schedule
Processing candidate’s status and follow up with respective divisions through Email/ fax
Coordinating with the Manpower Supply Agencies for the Recruitment Process
Screening and short-listing candidates according to the requirements.
Pre-screen submitted CVs from job portals and recruitment agents
Scheduling and coordinating the interviews for short listed candidates and following up till interview is done.
Arrange interviews (in-person / telephonic)
Draft and tender offer letters.
Communicate with senior administration regarding any negotiations
