Contract role managing a team of QHSSE professionals operating the shore base supplying the EXXON strategic Guyana.

Responsibilities
- Develop a QHSSE Integrated Management system
- Support the operation of a 130 Acre shore base and marine jetties for loading and unloading of offshore Oilfield logistics
- Manage COVID-19 protocols for EXXON employees, GYSBI employees and contractors
- Oversee demolition and construction of two new heavy lift berths and purpose built waste management facility
- Support with environmental permitting for construction and commissioning of state-of-the-art wash bay facility
- Management of all QHSSE requirements under the EXXON scope of services

Strategic SHEQ role overseeing Asia Pacific for an engineering company. Industries include semi-conductor,
Pharmaceutical, life sciences and data centres for multi-national high profile clients.

Responsibilities
• Management, mentoring and development of Country SHE Managers, Head of Quality APAC and IFW Director
• Oversee and provide executive input for the continuation of the Incident Free Workplace (IFW) Program
• Facilitate Board implementation of 3-year strategic plan to drive and embed the IFW culture
Revision of the SHEQ Integrated Management System to ensure it meets current and future business needs
• Create, implement and roll-out a regional SHEQ Audit Program ensuring all countries meet legal and
regulatory requirements whilst consistently applying the SHEQ Integrated Management system

Strategic HSE role for the Crown of New Zealand overseeing a programme of heavy civil infrastructure works valued at NZD1 billion. Working closely with WorkSafe NZ, Environment Canterbury (ECAN), Contracting organisations and traditional landowners to drive HSE change in New Zealand

Strategic role to design and deliver effective Executive HSE leadership capabilities for the Royal Commission of Yanbu across their construction and infrastructure master plan.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and provide executive input into the development of legislation and regulatory frameworks for the Royal Commission Yanbu in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia inclusive of compliance and governance
• Facilitate and provide HSE advice for the development of the overall Yanbu Program HSE strategy
• Oversight and technical into the Yanbu governance and compliance program
• Oversight and technical input of a Saudi Arabia wide mentoring and professional development programs for Saudi National Engineering graduates in HSE which saw 60 graduates successfully complete the program in the first year and 100 planned for the second year

Coach Senior Line Managers to ensure roles are clear and expectations of their activities with regard to HSE risks are understood. Lead audit and investigator for major events Facilitate Senior Line Management in identifying and implementing safety awareness and risk minimisation programs for the business which saw TRIFR reduction from 65.7 to 8.5 in the 2 years.
