Major Job Responsibilities
•Overall management of the store.
•Maintain good customer service and guest satisfaction to maintain the standards of the Brand and company as substandard behaviors are not acceptable.
•Take care of weekly stock ordering and inventory to make sure we always have stock to meet Customers’ needs especially fast moving products.
•Staff Rota and deployment in the store making sure the right people are in the right places.
•Handling the Daily cash record, banking and other cash related transactions in the store.
•Ensure that marketing and management information are communicated in the store.
•Setting the Monthly and weekly action plan plus individual target and follow up to meet the store target and store standards.
•Training and coaching of both new and old staff to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
•Ensuring that both employee and guest satisfaction are at the highest at all time. The employee being a very important asset to the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Work with customer with the most cheerful and pleasant disposition
•Give answer to customers questions or concerns related to the product(FAB)
•Motivate the customers to buy more and more as possible by using link selling, cross selling and up selling
•Process or help process payments made by the customer by cash or credit cart
•Report sales accurately
•Ensuring that merchandise displays, mark or tag price on merchandiser.
•Provides the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge, excellent selling skills, builds quality customer relationship that results in increased sales of a specific outright brand or classification
•Conduct preparations of displays including arrangement of all items in a proper order.
•Ensuring that the area of responsibility has sufficient supplies to complete assigned duties.
•Dealing courteously with the customers as well as assisting their needs.
