• Catering to the trouble shooting areas on the machines while operation and solving the application troubles technically.
• Servicing and maintaining of all Cardiac Medical Equipments like Treadmill systems, Cardiac Multiparamonitor, Defibrillator and Computerized ECG recorders, Ventilators, Anesthesia Machines, Nebulisers, Ultrasound Machines, X-ray machines Feotal Monitors, all OT Equipments, ABG machines, Dental equipments etc ..
• Conducting trials /Demonstration at Customer works
• Installation and Application Training
• Finalizing the commercial aspects by negotiation process
• Investigation of customer complaints and preparing the reports
• Responsible for studying market trends, upcoming projects and new requirement and coordinating to develop products to fulfill market requirements.
• Responsible for the process of conveying information on functional aspects and technical features of various range of products like Treadmill, Ventilators, Defibrillator, Cardiac Monitors, Feotal Monitors, Ultrasound machines, X-ray machines, OT equipments, ICU Equipments etc ..
