- Managing a seven member team, includes business development executives and sales coordinators.
- Setting up the branch office in Dubai.
- Involved in hiring business development executives and sales coordinators.
- Represented company for agent meetings in Turkey and Singapore.
- Going for aggressive sales calls.
- Joint sales call with business development executives.
- Supporting BDE to convert the inquiries into sales.
- Daily basis sales meeting with BDE and coordinators.
- Achieving the team target on month on month.
- Supporting the team for building up business and achieving their target.
- Acquiring new customers.
- Sustainable rapport with the existing customers.
- Aggressive follow up with the customers.
- Coordinating and administering processes for the transportation.
- Tracking on accounts receivables, aggressive follow up on payments.
- Reconciling routine to moderately complex financial statements to ensure expenses are properly recorded.
- Make decisions and solve problems effectively.
- To provide best client service and utmost customer satisfaction.
- Interact with customers effectively in resolving moderately complex problems.
- Interact with diverse people.
I have done my Doctorate in Green Logistics, MBA in International Marketing and graduated in Finance.
