Effortless Customer Service
Handling general customer enquiry about Passport Application Process and other Passport related services.
Reporting and Making History of each process resolution by meeting the Service Level Agreements
Proactively monitoring the daily business operations so that citizens enjoy a hassles-free situation at Passport Seva Kendra.
Crowd Management

Oversawthe P&L and Balance Sheet schedules as per Accounting Standards, interacted with auditors for both internal and statutory audits, performed data collection, compilation and analysis to generate periodic MIS.
In-Charge of Recovery Cell, collection & follow-up with customers, aging analysis, monitoring problematic debtors and highlighting collection issues to the senior management.
Performing verification & processing of all supplier payments, negotiating with vendors for cash / volume discounts, processing Credit notes, Invoices.
Accounting and allocation of collections, responsible for cash forecasting, managing and monitoring bank accounts, performing bank reconciliation and recording of day-to-day transactions.
Assumed charge of Petty cash accounting, control & management.
