As Site PC&IS (Power Controls and Information System) Engineer, led A3M (Mispack, Mislabel, Misship) Efforts to reduce quality and customer risks in P&G products (Downy and Joy). Includes installation of 2D scanners, checkweighers, primary and secondary code daters, etc.
• Help in preventing over $45, 000/yearly of potential quality losses and accelerated Liquids Module’s A3M compliance rate from 25% to 49% for FY2324.
• Ensuring the efficiency of PLCs and electrical components within the site by promoting standards and leading troubleshooting activities. Basic proficiency on RS Logix 5000 (Rockwell Automation).
• Developed conveying solution to reduce $57, 000/yearly of scrap for TOYO machine.
• Supervise engineer activities (10-20 people) during shutdown to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Develop and manage the required funding needed for PC&IS projects for the fiscal year. Optimize budget by
utilizing BVOA and performing various proof of concepts to test technologies.
• Demonstrate IT and OT skills through network engineering (Cisco Routing) and basic programming (i.e. C++)
• Benchmark internally and externally with various P&G plants (Binh Duong, Jakarta, Chengdu, etc.) to bring up-to date technologies and solutions.
• Awards: Dare Champion of the Month (March 2024) - successfully leading electrical installations of Shubham Machine Cluster relocation and ensured zero impact to quality and safety and zero critical punchlist by upholding Shutdown to Zero Strategy. This project contributed over 3% PR improvement in Dish Shubham Lines and projected to increase to 7% by FY2425.
