• Senior Design Manager, integrated in the organization of the in-house Project Office, the PMO in collaboration with TBC based on a noble royal decree. AECOM was employed as main consultant to support TBC, on achieving the goal of delivering 4, 000 schools to the Ministry of Education (MoE). The scope covers to develop projects of school buildings, educational facilities and administration buildings, to construct and supervise buildings and sign contracts related to such buildings, manage all engineering works, and to operate, maintain, and develop those buildings across the kingdom.

• Overall responsibility for all Design related activities Coordination all activities between TBC/AECOM and Consultants.
• Implementation of the design program, procure design firms, direct and coordinate Designers, lead all sort of designs for building projects.
• Communicate to high management; presenting weekly reports on all updated design activities,
• Perform Strategic Planning and Performance Management reports to client (TBC)
• Oversee, manage and evaluate the performance of the compliance design department
• Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
• Providing employee training to new TBC staff on compliance related topics, policies and procedures
• Establish coordination meetings with MoE(Ministry of Education) and consultants aligned with TBC/ AECOM
• Oversee, manage and evaluate the performance and control of all Design Consultants, coordinate suppliers and sub-consultants.
• Review on progress designs submitted, identifying risks, applying solutions, solving issues.
• Assist and advise Design consultants regards to new prototypes (schools; MPH; Playfields; special designs, etc )
• Assist advice and communicate to consultants on environmental and safeness design, implementing Producing Design review logs and comments to designers.
• Advise on value engineering and constructability.
• Suggest Design alternatives solutions aligned with construction.
• Chairing periodic follow up meetings with consultants, managing international / local Consultants, preparation of international competitions, liaison with competitors as organizing judging committees.
• Producing and Issuing all sort of documentation, for all specific projects: RFP's, scope of works, terms of reference, JO's.
• Dispute and Change Management, advice ID consultants on the fast track Schools on selecting right design for execution. Coordinate and supporting TBC/AECOM team on adapting ID package to different levels/genders and achieving best material solutions. Monitoring and leading ID new graduates to gain experience.

• Head of Design department, offering complete service and solutions to our clients, full package: Architecture, interior design, engineering, liaison with municipality permits
• Reviewing all documentation: CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and colour boards prepared by the team. Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinating work with multidisciplinary teams. Reviewing, approving, and issuing detailed design and construction drawings and BOQ & specifications.
• Performing a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural/ID studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing design basis reports and RFP packages.
• Management of client and representatives. Chairing of design team and client meetings across all disciplines. First point of contact with client.
• Providing technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
• Responsible in the following: Preliminary and Final Design stages of any project, Working / Shop Drawings, Furniture detail and specifications.

• Lead Senior designer, conception and developing different source of architectural projects covering the large spectre from urban planning to detail interior design. Close liaison with clients and official governmental authorities, municipality, etc.
• Team leader, supervising the work as it is carried out in all stages.
• Mega project for a gated community Ar Rimal-GOSI: Site 64 ha, 1, 200 residential mix units, facilities, amenities and an International school for an estimated 4, 000 population target.
• Riyadh - KSA, Corporate Dar’s E&A new office, interior design, refurbishment designed to accommodate the 300 staff for the new projects.
• KSA - MOH, Ministry of Housing, project for 500.000 units (villas and Apart. Bldgs.) across 11 different sites within the kingdom.
