• Managing the relationship with the suppliers of the promotional materials and developing the bill of quantities for each campaign.
• Monitoring strictly that the brand guidelines are being followed for internal and external communication. Performing audits on various products to ensure such adherence.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff, excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism and to accomplish projects with minimum supervision. Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web searches.
