 As a Manager in Marine Jetty Operation, Sikka-Jamnagar.
 At Reliance, Jamnagar Marine Terminal we have total 17 loading arm.
 Shift management & operation control, planning, communication and Coordination with clients, surveyors and other departments, vessel boarding operation related to export and import as per sop and fire & safety guidelines from marine tank farm to Vessel/barges and vice a versa.
 Carried out all types of operation and maintenance activity for loading arms.
 Ensuring the smooth loading and unloading operation at the jetty, through loading arms.
 Shift -shore safety check list done as per guide lines given in the ISGOTT.
 Ensure that the berths are manned and all critical parameters are recorded in the berth log book.
 Chemical/finished product /Black oil- CRUDE, LSFO, CBFS /LPG/Propane/Butane Loading Arm, Connection /Disconnection after loading and unloading.
 LPG/Propane/Butane Vessel loading/un loading activity.
 Issue work permit through SAP system and ensure that the work is carried out as per risk assessment sheet.
 Fire & Safety: Participating in mock drills conducted by Fire & Safety’s team, operation / utilization of various fire extinguisher media, fire hydrant, water sprinkler, foam pourer, mobile foam tender, onsite and offsite emergency plan & assembly points.
 Ensure uninterrupted feed to the processing units..
 To ensure that the quality of the blended product like HSD EURO I & IV, MS EURO I & IV, and Sweet VGO meets the product specifications.
 Coordination with maintenance group for shift operation.
 Authorized signatory for Hot work, Confined Space Entry, Line break, Road closure, Isolation of fire fighting facility, Trip Defeat (Interlock bypass) and Excavation job work permits.
 Authorized gas testers per HSEF policy.

 Major cargo handled:
 Chemical: Acrylonitrile, Methanol, Caustic Soda Lye, Toluene, Acetic Acid, Chloroform, Ethyl Alcohol & Linear Alkyl Benzene.
 Petroleum: Naphtha, Condensate, Superior Kerosene Oil, Light Diesel Oil, Gas Oil, High Speed Diesel, Base Oil, Furnace Oil, Carbon Black Feed Stock, Rubber Process Oil, N-Paraffin, Bitumen, & Motor Sprit.
 Pivotal in coordinating with concerned surveyors and clients for tank and pipelines inspection / before receipt gauging under supervision of customs and prohibition departments formalities.
 Administered activities like preparation of certificates, outturn reports and vessel documents; arranged heating in shore tanks if required.

 Managed activities of Utility Department and handled equipments like Hot Water Heating System, Thermic Fluid Heating System for Bitumen, Compressor and N2 Plant.
 Maintained clean & proper place in terminal in regular intervals.
 Coordinated with labour contractor, evacuated wastage & garbage properly and ensured clean and green environment while coordinating with ETP team.
 Efficiently managed various processes like Hazard Study, created safe and health working awareness among the workmen, participated in Mock Drills conducted by Fire & Safety Team.
