Monitoring all front office operations for two sites, 15 properties 1480 rooms.
▪ Assisting front office manager in deciding implementing front office operational spaces and standards.
▪ Managing Rooms and linen operation of 3500 Rooms inventory and 32 properties for FIFA 2022 QATAR.
▪ Recruiting and managing staff, two Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and associates for the smooth linen operation of properties.
▪ Ordering, deciding, and controlling OS&E (operational supplies and equipment) numbers for the whole properties and their rooms to plan out the operation.
▪ Ensure that the highest possible hygiene and finishes maintained in all the Properties.
▪ Coordinates with Executive Housekeepers and external laundry providers well so that there is always an adequate supply of linen and uniforms available.
▪ Arranging and planning of proper HK pantry, linen storage locations, transportation plans as per volume of room linen in the operation.
▪ Ensure appropriate staffing and productivity in the department is met during work operations.
▪ Consults with Site operations Manager or delegated HODs and Personnel Managers, as appropriate, in performing all duties given to work as a team in the organization towards common organization’s goals.
