My contribution has not only made the airport most desirable by the passengers but also rated highly by the International Standards of Organization certifying body.

My contribution has also enabled my organization to achieve its objectives hence attaining the competitive advantage against other organizations in the same field.
Due to my contribution, my organization has been able to be added more cleaning projects to work on in the airport and also from other clients outside the airport. This is a big achievement for the organization as it has increased its customer base, hence its growth and expansion.

By the use of the right chemicals, tools, procedures and techniques and putting on the right personal protective equipment, I was able to satisfactory accomplish my assigned duties. The houses and the surround environment became free from disease causing pests and insects, hence conducive for human habitation.

Duties that I performed in this organization enabled me to meet new challenges, and how to confront them. This helped me to increase my knowledge, skills and experience making me one of the most dependable employee in the organization.

My work satisfied and even exceeded the needs and demands of the company's clients who in turn referred other clients to our organization. This enabled my organization to increase its sales turn over hence its growth and expansion.

My duties at the Casino entailed cleaning of all the common areas used by the customers, washrooms, offices, and any other duties assigned to me by my superiors. I was able to practically learn how to carryout activities involved in cleaning, understanding the procedures, material safety and health and safety issues.

Working at the casino enabled me to learn how to be dedicated to my duties, learn how to confront challenges at workplace, and acquiring important skills like interpersonal, communication, technical and many other important skills that I currently use in my daily discharge duties.Therefore, at the end of my contract I had acquired a lot in terms of knowledge, skills and experience.

My immense contribution made the casino to become one of the cleanest casino in Nairobi. The number of customers who enjoyed sitting in clean environment increased making the casino to be one of the best with huge numbers of clients. This increased the profits made by the organization and thus assuring its stability in the competitive market.
