Essential responsibilities and duties
• Complete development of the current costumers’ relationship in addition to
creating new ones and penetrating new accounts and entities by building proper
professional perception and trust that is sufficient enough to generate business,
winning back lost clients and creating new ones.
• Building up clinical and technical marketing material, presentations, articles and
flyers from scratch, highlighting the clinical and workflow related benefits of the
products to the clients
• Huge flexibility to address different types of clients in different geographical
areas, like Non-hospital accounts such as Emirates airlines, ADNOC to ambulatory
and rescue services like Dubai Ambulance and Civil defense, to Military hospitals
and camps, Private and governmental hospitals in Dubai, northern Emirates and
Abu Dhabi.
• Taking the lead in end-user training and demonstration sessions covering both
theoretical and practical part.
• Complete coordination and planning for medical conferences and workshops,
starting from venue selection to logistics related preparations, testing of required
machines before and after the said event and of course providing attendees with
technical and application support when needed.
Achievements
• Awarded the first order from Emirates group to the organization
• Introducing AED’s in all public schools in the emirate of Abu Dhabi in
cooperation with SEHA
• Taking the local lead in the conversion of the automated chest compression
devices used in Dubai ambulance services from the competitor to Zoll devices.
• Represented the organization in the first UAE biomedical engineering gathering
in the UAE
critical care unit
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Started by building up new costumer database and extending coverage for the private
hospitals and clinics in Dubai and northern emirates for almost a year which have turned
into achieving 200% of the allocated target for the assigned accounts in 2014.
* Implementing market strategies for newly launched products that lead to sell a high
end, newly launched ultrasound system as the first unit in the whole UAE private
market.
* Relocated to Abu Dhabi emirate to enforce current client’s relationships in the market in
all its governmental and private hospitals and following up with new clinics and day
surgery centers, achieving under the senior supervision 15% growth in total sales over
the last fiscal year.
* Handle the complete process of sales from lead grabbing to information gathering,
quotation preparation and tendering leading up to negotiation and deal finalization.
* Leading sales demonstrations and presentations on critical care equipment (Anesthesia
machines, Ventilators, Monitors, POC ultrasound machines, Syringe and infusion pumps,
Video Laryngoscopes and complete neonatal care portfolio), also conducting end user
training on above mentioned equipment that are being sold or currently installed.
* Promptly responding to costumers calls related to sales, application or service and being
able to keep them updated and feeling served increasing their satisfaction levels.
* Complete coordination and planning for medical conferences and workshops, starting
from venue selection to logistics related preparations, testing of required machines
before and after the said event and of course providing attendees with technical and
application support when needed.
* Developing a database for inventory stock and demo stock, leading in a decrease of time
wasted in physical checking and providing information on spot.
