• Following directives of the Commissioning Manager and Commissioning
Engineers, on work preparation and the execution of pre-commissioning and
commissioning tasks.
• Supervise/control pre-commissioning activities (pipe pre-cleaning, air
blowing, steam blowing, water flushing, chemical cleaning, reinstatement,
tightness test, leak test, drying, punching) in accordance with the
commissioning procedures.
• Supervise/control commissioning activities (nitrogen inerting,
Catalyst/Chemical loading, lining up Utilities systems) in accordance with the
commissioning procedures.
• Participate in all commissioning activities and subsequent day to day
operation of the assigned plant.
• Assisting start-up activities in accordance with operating procedures, in
troubleshooting and to propose changes to improve the safety and availability
of installations.
• Ensure that all HSE and Permit to Work Requirements are in place for the
relevant activity during Commissioning Phases of the Project.
• Present daily activity reports to Commissioning Manager.
• Carrying out the offshore operational tests for the Sea Water Treatment
Package (SIEMENS).

• Leading all the troubleshooting related to the Sea Water Treatment unit,
handover to operations.

• Start up of hot oil heating systems, Train, BOG, flare system, jetty arms,
POC system, LNG vessels.
• Plan and prepare for execution of future work fronts.
• Ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities through application of
work permit procedures.

• Coordinate activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors.
