Working at (STC) Saudi Telecommunication Company, VIP Department office in Mursalat Bldg. 15 Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Work with the Project Manager and Project Engineer on functionality issues, daily reporting and procedure updates.
Tracking the critical alarms, collect and archive the troubled tickets statistics and analysis tracking report on daily / weekly / monthly and quarterly.
Support on Customer Care Operation (CCO) and Network Operation Centre (NOC) department on monitoring critical alarms.
Coordinate and dispatch VIP tickets to 25+ teams, different contractors field technicians (different nationality) in fiber optics (I&R) Installation and Repair.
Support on configuration and activation of Huawei modems and telephone.
Operating System (OS) and installed windows applications on desktop computers and laptops.
•Troubleshoot and fixed broken devices, change hardware parts on desktop computers, laptops and printers.
•Used Team Viewer application and provided assistance remotely to configure of customer desktop computers and laptops devices.
•Assembled and network desktop computers, laptops and printers on schools and private offices.
•Cabling, installation and configuration of switch hub, cctv cameras and access point devices.
at BlackBerry mobile project, and (B&O) Bang & Olufsen project for television.
•Work with engineers and supervisors on functionality issues, daily reports, procedure updates and device installation on the line.
•Use schematic diagram, multi-meter and Oscilloscope to troubleshooting and debugging Printed Circuit Board Assembly.
•Troubleshoots and repair Blackberry and B&O hardware and software.
•Follows all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to direct supervisor.
