Full Academic and Financial responsibilities:
Admissions, Training teachers, appointing Department Heads, reviewing the curriculum: I added the British curriculum, renewed the books, opened 3 labs with modern equipment, Evaluation and Development.
The school became a CIE Center.
I led the school from a local one to an International school approved by Cambridge. I have a rich experience with the Cambridge International Examinations.
I was in charge of preparing the start-up of a new school for the Minister of Information. The planning includes the Business Plan, the five year Financial and development Plan, the negotiations with the Ministry of Education and two recognized international organizations for higher education, and the licensing.
I accomplished the project with success.
I was assigned to oversee a Strategic Plan for the new branch (British Curriculum) in Dubai. I prepared the Feasibility Study, the Business Plan, and a five year Development Plan to meet the requirements of the KHDA .
Head of Research and Development, working with a group to develop methods and techniques concerning The language difficulties forthe "Informatique Juridique" project at the Lebanese University.
The researches were based at The National Center for Scientific Research, in France : Paris and Montpellier.
