Manage to define Scope of Work, Prepare Bid document, Prequalification, Tender out, Manage Contract, PErformance Review, Close out Contract
Prepare and define contracting out strategy and manage tender process for assigned project to meet company’s requirement.
Coordinate negotiation with contractor and manage contract agreement to get maximum benefit for company
Manage contract execution and administration to adhere to what have been approved in contract document
Manage contractor pre-qualification as part of developing Contracting out system.
Coordinate local contractor development by carry out training, audit, and inspection as part of company’s social responsibility.
Control and coordinate contract variation to be under approved budget
Control and supervise payment to Contractor
Proficient to manage tender and contract within Mincom-ellipse-Advance Contract Admin Module
Coordinate all site activity, to get the project ahead schedule
Control the project cost in order to always be within project budget and profit target
Coordinate producing and delivering of project report in timely manner
Review, analyze and make decision regarding to either increasing of project resources (man, equipment & material) amount to strive ahead schedule or decreasing project resources to lowering the project cost.
Coordinate process of payment claim to the Client
Coordinate technical or engineering activity included : method of work, drawing production.

Develop Project Quality Plan & Filing System and numbering for project
Assist the Project Manager/Engineering Manager and support the General Superintendent in the implementation of Quality procedures.
Monitor Quality systems for compliance and effectiveness.
Assess subcontractor/supplier QC arrangements for compliance with contract requirements.
Carry out QA-Manufacturer Audit for major supply and subcontract work item
Ensure pre-qualification for Subcontractor & Supplier conducted properly before work or supply commencement
Ensure QC records are produced by the Supervisors, properly registered and submitted in a timely manner.
Provide regular reports and analysis of QC performance to Project Manager.
Carry out checks on work quality being achieved and report results/make suggestions for improvements, if appropriate.
Set out appropriate system for control of project document, correspondence & drawing.
Ensure incoming/outgoing correspondences registered and filed appropriately in accordance with Project Filing System and Numbering
Ensure incoming, outgoing and submission of documents being registered and being submitted via appropriate transmittal
Ensure incoming, outgoing and submission of Shop Drawing and As Built drawing being registered and being submitted via appropriate transmittal
Develop procedure of archiving system and execute archiving activity when the project completion is close by (about 70-80% of progress)
