a Tanker Filling Station (TFS) with a capacity of 15, 000 m³/day; total facility storage reaches
approximately 1 million m³ alongside two existing tanks.
• Tracking and optimizing project schedules across 4 simultaneous tank construction fronts; drove
recovery measures that compressed the Schedule by ~30 days and enabled handover 1 month ahead of
the contractual completion date.
• Planning and controlling daily logistics for manpower, materials, equipment, and machinery across all
work areas.
• Liaising with procurement to ensure timely PO issuance and uninterrupted supply chains for 15+ active
subcontractors and suppliers.
• Chairing weekly and monthly progress meetings with WTCO and consultants, aligning multi-discipline
teams on project objectives and resolving open technical issues.
• Assessing and mitigating project risks; evaluating subcontractor tenders against quality, safety, and
technical criteria — including a SAR 17.3M variation order for the Tanker Filling Station scope that was
fully endorsed by WTCO.

• Supervised concrete works, excavation, backfilling, soil replacement, and surveying.
• Oversaw finishing works and prepared Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Coordinated civil construction activities to ensure quality and progress compliance.

• Directed execution of water transmission systems across 6 cities (SAR 740M contract): 25, 000 m³
product tank, pump station, 4 elevated steel tanks, 5, 000 m³ storage tank, and 2 filling stations
interconnected by a 50 km CML carbon steel pipeline.
• Led multidisciplinary teams across 6 simultaneous work fronts; organized site activities and followed up
on materials, equipment delivery, and manpower allocation.
• Determined construction methods and materials; evaluated drawings, specifications, and procedures to
control costs within the approved SAR 740M budget.
• Tracked project performance, identified delays, and drove recovery actions; analyzed design change
impacts on site execution to maintain Schedule integrity.
• Liaised with WTCO consultants and clients to resolve technical issues; chaired progress meetings and
oversaw site logistics across multiple cities.

• Supervised construction of Border Guard Training Center comprising 16 precast concrete buildings (800-
3, 500 m² each) and steel observation towers up to 78 m in height along the Saudi coastal border.
• Carried out and supervised concrete works for foundations and superstructures including precast
elements (walls, columns, hollow core slabs) and internal/external finishing works.
• Managed sewage, water, irrigation, stormwater drainage, roads, electrical, and telecommunication
networks; oversaw installation of septic, water, and firefighting tanks.
• Coordinated procurement for subcontractors and suppliers; followed up on material delivery and
equipment availability based on site requirements.
• Reviewed engineering drawings and implemented adjustments to resolve constructability issues and
adapt to site conditions.
