o Rail Way project Committee will organize the work in an objective-oriented manner in compliance with the following:
1. Preparing the preliminary general alignment options and definition of study corridor
2. Data Collection and Preliminary Site Assessment Studies
3. Identification of investment options in ports' areas, adjoint areas, terminals, lake front tourism, Planning development and activity level scenarios: short-, medium- and long-term
4. Transportation model and forecasts including demand and services' development scenarios and project impact on rail and road transportation networks.
5. Railway demand and operation scenarios assessment
6. Topographical Surveying and Preliminary Railway Track Design including railway alignment, stations and terminals location
7. Prelim Operational mode of track
8. Conceptual requirements of signaling systems and telecommunications
9. Conceptual for Electrification and Catenary
10. Environmental Impact Assessment
11. Cost estimates: CAPEX, OPEX for time horizons
12. Concession Model Assessment and Overall revenue forecasting: direct and indirect for several investment and rail demand scenarios
In charge of the company operation fleet maintenance;
Set objectives & goals and future plans for the division in alignment with company’s vision and mission.
Lead, develop and controlling each team member within own areas of responsibilities.
Oversee plant & equipment of several projects including asphalt plants.
Establish cost monitoring system for equipment/trucks/plants and provide rate per hour/ton to tendering department.
Establish system for monitoring all equipment\trucks\plant history in log books & work orders, cost allocations.
Issue Equipment cost reports & coding to facilitate comparison with budget, ensuring profit margin.
Develop maintenance system according to H.S.E regulation.
Identify training and development requirements for staff and arrange training programs accordingly.
Maintain good relations with OEMs and coordinate all contracted service activities to ensure availability.
Design new flushing system for hydraulic system.
Develop Inhouse and out sourcing of engineering training to enhance their technical background and trouble shooting.
Analyze Test Results and Adjust Design if Needed.
Assist With Shipping of Equipment Prior to Deployment
Design Mechanical Device Projects
Drafting Standards and Geometric, Dimension, & Tolerancing (GD&T) related to company equipment fleet.
Engineering Product Data Management Software (EPDM) application on all sites
Research Materials for Future Design Opportunities and Usage for continuous development, In addition to clarify alloys
composition that cannot be repaired and require heat treatment to ensure material graph being followed, then finally test for
any cracks.( such as Engine blocks).
Knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals transfer to the team members.
In charge of Equipment Department of the company;
Implementation and maintenance of integrated management system (ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS
18001-2007).
Restructuring of the Department & Implement objectives through action plan.
Yearly budget based on company pipe line of expansion next year in addition to Exit Plan & Equipment status and expected
major repairs.
Management and control of the activities and performance of Maintenance engineers, supervisors and foremen and
technicians in the various workshops of the project site
Management of scheduling regular maintenance and repair of plant machinery and vehicles.
Provide Comparison sheet ( commercial & technical with recommendation )on the purchase of plant and machinery,
vehicles and miscellaneous equipment service.
Help estimate the section with a part plant, machinery and vehicles of bids.
Technical & commercial assistance and comparison for the purchase of Heavy Trucks and spare parts and stores of the
Department of Transport.
Adoption of the function KPI (key performance indicators).
Transforming Equipment department to profit centre through action plan.
Implement Centralized technical office for operation support.
Coordination with the departments of the process in each project site for the mobilization / demobilization of PMV
Induction training courses and tools. Level the number of years of experience since when has not exercised this expertise
Informatics experienced more than ten years, a month or less.
In charge of Mitsubishi Cars brand workshop (service & Body shop) under Dubai Branch of the company
Administer and control operations of the service center and lead a team to handle service operations, meeting operational
standards and customer satisfaction while achieving target revenue.
Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers.
Create goals and objective for the department, which includes an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote
new and repeat business.
Provide training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel.
