• Ensuring Right Products are there at Right store in Right Quantities.
• Planning Product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.
• Preparing Dept wise and Store wise Financial Reports(Revenue Recognition) to showcase the Total sales, Profits and losses if any.

• Liaising with Suppliers, buyers and Distributors to ensure smooth flow of Operations
• Performing GAP Analysis and Inventory Control based on forecast for the season.
• Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise.
• Training and development of new joiners and Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures to be followed.
