Last 3 months until 31of January o was in charge of Hilton hotel health club and Downtown wellness new club as a part of the same firm under Belaga management. My goal and obligations was to reorganize health club at the Hilton hotel with the team of 7 people plus pre opening team Downtown wellness .
I did Hiring organization and mentoring in both places. I put the new standard at the Hotel, new prices, a new mindset of approach to the customer, new cosmetics and was total reorganization. On the second wellness club I did from the 0 and it's 100 operational. From the hiring, training staff of 8 people, choosing the right cosmetic for the spa department, and organization of the juice bar. Financial and new reports, and gow the wellness should operate completely..
