- Analysing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
-Attending meetings and communicates with owners and GM to provide context and explanation of financial results, advise on existing and evolving business / financial issues
-Analysing differences between actual budget and forecasted for more efficient budget planning
-Preparing monthly cash flow analysis and forecasting
-Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
-Ensuring compliance with standard and local operating procedures (SOPs and LSOPs). Oversight of compliance with internal controls and processes
-Providing financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
-Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
- Collecting and verifying the data necessary for creating and completing the KYC document which can enable the bank to better understand clients and their financial affairs and to carefully manage their risks. Classifying clients according to risk assessment (increased, neutral, un-acceptable risks) in accordance with the Law on Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism . Updating the KYC documents due to changes in clients life or expiration of the validity of the document, depending on the risk. Archiving KYC documents in the database together with the ID.
- Monitoring clients transactions (amount of money payment, related transactions, related parties, amount of exchange transactions and other suspicious activities) and sending reports to the Compliance Department in accordance with AML / CFT. Obtain and sending of documents proving that money has not been acquired illegally in order to prevent money entering the bank and legal flows.
- Directly presentation and sale of products to Bank’s clients
- Receiving and controlling of documentation for opening current and other accounts within the payment operations. Opening all accounts for PI and SBE.
- Collection of documentation and processing of loan applications, monitoring of loan files ( housing loans, car loans, cash loans, credit cards and overdrafts )
- Managing and development of client’s portfolio
- Financial analysis
- Insurance jobs - presentation and sales (life insurance, car insurance property insurance, travel insurance )
- FX operations (nostro and loro payment transfers, foreign cheques, advance payment/final calculation for business trip abroad )
- Work with approved E-bank packages and POS terminals
- Control of counters and ’’ end of day balance ’’
- Updating KYC documents according to the bank procedure
