• Responsible for developing and implementing the overall IT strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives and assess the current technology infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and plan for future technology initiatives.
• Responsible for managing the IT budget (Opex/Capex, including planning and allocating resources for hardware, software, infrastructure, and staffing and analyze costs, negotiate with vendors, and ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Handling, Managing, Devoloping of SOW, CBA, Technical Evaluation & cost comparions.
• Responsible for projects from initiation to completion and define project goals, establish timelines, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to gather requirements and ensure projects align with business needs.
• Responsible for designing and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure. Evaluate and implement hardware, software, and networking solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability and also stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to acquire necessary technology solutions and support and evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure the organization receives quality products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments and senior management to understand their technology needs and align IT strategies with business objectives. Communicate IT initiatives, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and promoting IT as a strategic partner.
• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware, plan for capacity and scalability of IT systems.
• Oversee IT support services to ensure timely resolution of issues and implement and maintain IT service desk procedures.

• Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, IPPABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
• Prepare & Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware & Software.
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. Implementation of new technology).
• Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license.
• Maintains a system error / progress log book and deals with reported problems.
