Working with athletes and clients who wants to progress and compete in marathon, cross-country races. Develop motor skills, passing my knowledge about nutrition, proper diet, what to do between exercising, demonstrating and explaining every single movement, be their personal fitness guru. Meet with clients before they begin working with them to gain a better understanding of the client's goal, like losing weight or gaining muscle mass. Give clients a tour of the facility and show them some of the workouts they may do. Devise customized exercise plans for their clients based on their goals. These plans typically include cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises. During a training session, observe clients performing exercises to ensure they are doing the moves correctly. Give diet and lifestyle suggestions when they are relevant to the fitness plan.

Ensure the smooth running of the rehearsal and concert, with particular responsibilities for the musicians. Make decisions, about rehearsal and concert schedule and arrangements, and make sure those requirements are met.
Making the necessary arrangements for each rehearsal and concert, on-site implementation of the arrangements, liaison with the key people to decide what equipment and arrangements will be needed (for example lighting or risers), see that these arrangements are made, procure and arrange for the transportation of borrowed equipment to the hall and for its return, organise access arrangements needed to get into the venue to set up, take down, and store equipment.
