- Monitor the HS&E component of the "First Alert" incident reporting system, ensuring that all

- Conduct training or ensure training is conducted in accordance with hazards, identified via the risk
- Assessments carried out and to comply with legislative, client and internal requirements.
- Recommend activities and changes to promote Best Practice, eliminate or reduce actual and

In charge of all relevant HSE issues of services which include: Cementing, power tong, DST, tank cleaning, Maintenance, Snubbing, wire line and well testing activities.
- Works with management to implement QHSE goals, priorities, and key performance measures for division.
- Assure the development of annual HSE compliance goals, HSE performance targets, an HSE budget, and a workers' compensation budget.
- Develop and/or approve HSE program descriptions which specify the local procedures and methods that are used to assure conformance with regulations, best practices.
- Ensures audit program supports customer and regulatory requirements for Quality, health, safety, and environmental programs. In addition, audit program must adherence to Company’s established policies, processes, and procedures.
- Oversees regulatory compliance and safety measures required for operations. If required, conducts incident investigations involving assets.
- Manages the continuous process improvement system within the division; tracks and reports results.
- Tracks infractions found in various field locations audits; analyse the root causes, and determines and recommends process improvements.
- Coordinates and conducts site-based safety, and emergency response readiness training and exercise activities.
- Works with Field Superintendents on training issues, plans, and budgets; ensures use of the industry highest standards.
- Maintains knowledge of and complies with applicable international regulations; ensures all QHSE policies, programs, and activities comply.
- Provision of oversight, guidance, and leadership to field QHSE Engineers
In charge of all relevant HSE issues of the Division which include, Mud Logging, Laboratories and Transportations Activities.
- Preventing injury to personnel, damage to plant and equipment, and fires.
