As a Property Consultant at Khalida Realty I have a number of responsibilities such as providing property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends so that they can make a sound property investment decision.
In addition it's also my responsibility to identify the most feasible, cost-effective approach to help clients achieve their objectives.
As a Property Consultant, I am also responsible for generating leads that will produce results to the organization in the short run and long run.
I am also responsible for bringing mandates to sale properties, management and valuations
Achievements---have been employee of the month more than 5 times ever since joined the company and have sold more than 10 properties with a gross commission of over US$25 000
My name is Milton Chitakatira and I am looking for a job as a Property Consultant/Sales Agent in the United Arab Emirates. I am a holder of a degree in Property Development and Real Estate Management with the National University of Science and Technology. l am a young man who is passionate, self driven individual capable of working under pressure. I am currently working as a Property Consultant at a registered Real Estate company called KHALIDA REALTY in Harare, Zimbabwe. I am regarded by our company director as one of the most dedicated and hard working person that he has ever seen. As a Property Consultant, I have a number of roles that I play such as looking for new mandates to sell, manage and do valuations, market analysis, selling properties, providing advisory services to various clients etc. With the hardships that we are having in Zimbabwe, i have brought over 35 properties for sale and have brought in commission of over US$25 000 to the organization. Its my desire to be one of the top real estate agent in the world and I believe that working in the United Arab Emirates will make this dream true. Regards
