• Participate in OpCo PQ Pillar, coordinate the pillar activities. • Support the Quality Strategy and Quality must win battle per plant. • Develop & improve the Quality functional competency for the plants Quality teams. • Follow up/manage to ensure that desired Quality activities delivered per plant. • Follow up & coordinate the integrated Internal Audit Programs using the ISO Standards for ABC plants and Head Office as well as evaluation of effective and conformant implementations. • To be the Quality Management representative & Opco Food Safety deputy team leader for all ABC Plants in internal and external audits. • Follow up, supervise & coordinate the Implementation of the QMS in ABC plants and assure the availability of the required resource to have an effective quality system • Follow up ABC customer complaints eradication once received from Customer service team through assuring the related plant to the required corrective and preventive measure to have a full overview of main complaints & follow - up the actions taken. • Coordinate that all our procedure, standard and recipe are reviewed to ensure its compliance with Food Safety, Heineken Standards and Local regulations. • Responsible for document controlling, publishing of all supply chain Documents. • Coordinate the OpCo PQ pillar for ABC E2E Supply Chain. • Responsible for document controlling of all supply chain documents. • Perform quality reporting of the relevant plants for continual improvement follow up the effective & efficient implementation of the improvement actions. • Coordinate/ perform the required audits as per audit plant & other needs.
• Quality Assurance for all the Plant (Customer Complaint, Control of non-Conformity, Trails and Recipe).
• Document control for all the Plant (Procedure, Work instruction, Test Method, Recipes, Specification, Checklist, and Forms).
• Entrance control (Raw Material, Packaging Material, Auxiliary Material and Vendor Rating for all Suppliers).
• Implement and follow up ISO 9001 System.
• Implement and follow up Star Lab. System (ISO 17025 for Laboratory).
• Implement and follow up Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system (HACCP)
• Implement Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000).
• Create and assign inspection plan for the new materials in all stages of production on SAP for RBQ model.
• Update the existing material, specification, inspection plan on SAP for RBQ model.
• Working through different transactions on SAP for RBQ model.
• Trends (FTR “calculations and deployment”).
• Brewery Comparison System (BCS FTR module).
• Responsible for the Hygiene Monitoring to verify the efficiency of cleaning and disinfection during the process.
• Responsible for the testing of HIPs (Hygiene Inspection Points) which is performed as a general indicator of hygiene & to validate the Cleaning Procedure.
• Hygiene auditing of the plant (HOC) Hygiene, Order & Cleaning on weekly basis and Reporting the inspection Survey to the plant Manager.
• Responsible for GMP, Hygiene and Housekeeping training for all the operators in the Plant.
• Effective Member in the PQ Pillar, Accountable for FTR beer production to improve Haze parameter in BBT’s according to TPM Methodology.
• Effective member in SHE Pillar, responsible for reporting Near Miss, Accident and incident and review quality of RCFA to identify Actual Root cause and required corrective action & preventive action if Applicable
• Responsible for follow up all Pest Control activities according to NPMA Standard.
• Conduct internal audit at QMS ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC V 4.1 for second party plant.
• participate all internal and External audit from third party accreditation,
TUV, GSC, QMS.
Responsible of all the Chemical Analysis Required in all the Process Steps Including Water to insure the Quality of the Process
•Responsible of all the Chemical Analysis Required for the Finished Product to Ensure They Complying with the Legal and Company Specifications
•Responsible of Updating the SAP System with the All the Chemical Analytical Results on targets Time
•Issue OOS In case of Any Deviation of the Results and Follow the Actions
•Working to Aligning with the FSSC and ISO 9001-2008 Standards
•Responsible of the High Accuracy of the Chemical Analysis by Conducting the Internal and External Calibration for Lab Equipment as per Plan
