o Responsible for any media coverage at the agency (photography, videography, documentaries, demos and 360 photos and video)
o Attend meeting with account managers and help in pricing the media part in any event
o Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
o Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
o Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
o Prepare reports on account status,
o Forecast and follow key account metrics.
o Communicate clearly with departments like (design, production, …).
