• Preparing the method statement for the Shutdown, dismantling, relocation, and new
installations of the MEP services as per the project specification and Design Drawings.
• Responsible for analyzing the sequence f operational and its risks due to the
installation and operation of the new added assets to the existing and the control
measures & mitigation to avoid that risk.
• Prepare CIMP (Change Impact Management Plan) for the activities to be done at site
and its related impact to the current operations and present it to RTA.
• Prepare ACCA (Asset Configuration Change Application) for the activities which will be
done at the exiting locations of the metro station and submit it to Serco and the
required stake holders.
• Responsible for reviewing & verifying the submitted documents to consultant such as
material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, FCRs (Field Change
Request) and O&M Manuals.
• Responsible for preparing the close-out documents and submit it to Consultant and
RTA for Approval.
• Preparing weekly quality meeting with the site team to improve the work quality at site
and the submissions to the consultant.
• Ensure that the site submission (inspections, drawings, submittal, manuals, Site
Observations) is going as per the project quality plan.

• Preparing the method statement for the mechanical services installation as per the
project specification.
• Ensure the material received at site is as per the approved material submittal and
project specification before raising MIR to consultant.
• Checking that the site team is using the approved materials and the approved stamped
shop drawings.
• Issue internal SOR & NCR for any non-conformance work done at site or non-approved
material used.
• Responsible for closing the SORs & NCN issued from the Consultant.
• Arranging Weekly Quality meetings with the site team and the project manager to
discuss the quality issues.
• Preparing Weekly quality reports with the quality issues to the site and send it to the
site team to rectify it.

Position: QA/QC Mechanical Engineer.
Project: Al Khail Avenue Mall & Hotel.
Mall (2 Basements, 6 Floors, Roof& Top Roof) and Hotel (2 Basements, 21 Floors, Roof&
Top Roof) & Construction of 1140m Pipelines and 4 valves Chambers in Al Khail Road.

• Checking the material delivered to the site based on the project specification.
• Preparing the inspection requests for the material and the work done on the site to the
consultant.
• Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and
ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement, project
specifications and approved shop drawings.
• Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance Report and Site Observations.
• Prepare a QA/QC weekly report about all the activities performed in the past week and
critical issues that noticed and send it to QA/QC manager.

Negotiate and finalize the price of the material with suppliers.
• Establish Contact with the Suppliers and sending LPOs.
• Dealing with subcontractors and preparing their payment certificates.
• Receiving the invoices from the suppliers and check it with the delivered materials from
the site and approved it and submit to the accounts.
• Responsible for choosing the brands used in the site as per the approved vendor list.
• Responsible for the cost control for the running projects (NMC Specialized Hospital -
Khalifa A, Trade Center Extension phase-3).
• Preparation of Commercial and technical/Pricing of tender bid.
• Review and approval of material and technical documents submitted by contractor.
• Attending the technical meetings with the consultant and the client in finalizing the price
of the projects.
• Work part time as a Site Engineer in Trade Center Extension-Phase 3 in Abu Dhabi.

• Check the material needed and order it from the main Store
