1-Responsible for 7.2 KM length Canal starting from Excavation, Backfilling, Proofing and Concrete.
2- Manage more than 40 heavy equipment.
3- Prepare reports and make invoices for subcontractors according performance and progress.
4- manage and coordinate work between self-work and subcontractor work.
5- managing a team of about 50 labour.
6- Prepare a daily report for cost control, Planning and QS team.
7- Prepare a daily and weekly report for Top Managers.
8- Prepare internal requests and follow up inspection of work under QC Standards following ITP

I also responsible for fulfilling the projects needs currently we deliver fabricated steel for about 5 projects.
I am familiar to work in production lines or in sites.
My team consists of more than 50 technician.
work done in both automatic and semi automatic machines.
we produce about 200 tons on daily basis.
Most work can be done in the factory, Piles, Columns, Beams, Shear walls, mesh, Couplers, spiral stirrups.
