Senior Projects Engineer
❖ Responsible for examining local projects (for example: installing the elevator in homes, hotels,
buildings, etc.), making engineering designs, calculating sizes and distances for the local elevator
design, follow-up on installations of elevators with the correct scientific methods, and handover
the projects to customers.
❖ Responsible for correspondence with foreign manufacturers and getting offers for their products
and supply chains.
❖Responsible for supplying and installing (44) elevators for 5-story buildings .
❖Plan and organize the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site.
❖Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness.
❖Make a monthly and weekly plan to follow up on the installation work and follow it up to deliver
the project before the project delivery date with the highest efficiency with site safety.
❖Accountable for use of correct installation methods throughout the installation.
❖Managing the installation of the elevator by the mechanical standard dimensions.
❖Improve productivity and quality, reduce flow time, and enhance operational efficiency.
❖provide remote or on-site technical support for installation and maintenance issues.
❖Managing the performance of the team and individuals.

monthly reports, and handing them over to the project manager.

elevators at R1, R2, and R6 districts at the new administrative Capital.
❖The main responsible for core drilling machines and their maintenance and the work of the core
drill holes that cross the ropes through it in the machine room through engineering drawings.
❖Reviewing and approving the financial extracts.
❖Plan and organize the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and place the orders to
subcontractors and factory material suppliers.
Working on the documents of the Maintenance department in accordance with the quality
management system, environment and safety (OHSAS 18001/2007 & ISO 9001/2015 &
14001/2015).
❖Do a KPI Maintenance department.
❖Make preventive maintenance plan for Production department.
❖Train Laborers on proper operation, maintenance and safety rules.
❖Coordinate development activities and upgrades related to updating and improving machine
functionality.
Implementation of new projects following the New❖ Product Introduction procedure (customer drawings
analysis, Bill of Materials analysis, order new materials based on New Product Authorization system,
design and order the tools for new projects).
❖ Plan and support each trial phase for a new project.
❖ Teamwork with production, quality and logistics department for implementation of new projects or
changes on current projects.
❖ Prepare new production lines & make work instructions to help the operators.
