 Technical study and planning Duties:
1. Reviewing the project contract and manage company scope of work.
2. Prepare preliminary lifting study and budget for heavy lifting operation.
3. Arrange and supervise the mobilization of Lifting Equipment and Gears.
4. Performing C.O.G. and weights calculations.
5. Performing Ground preparation drawing (using Cranimax and Liccon software).
6. Calculate wind forces effect on lifting operations and other dynamic loads.
7. Preparation of rigging Study including complex and multi-crane rigging operation
8. Execution of detailed lifting plans, drawings, cranes selection and placement.
9. Participate in the preparation of method of statement & risk assessment.
10. Preparation of lifting presentation for the client.
 On Site Execution Duties:
1. Arrange for the crane mobilization and transportation to site
2. Supervise the assembly of crane according to the manufacturer recommendation.
3. Preparing the 3rd party inspection procedure and Review the inspection certificate.
4. Perform daily visual inspection for lifting equipment and gears
5. Issuing the requested working permits
6. Supervising the execution of the rigging plan.
7. Supervising of site execution of heavy lifting operations according to the lifting plan
8.
 Management and development Duties
1. Preparation of technical and commercial proposal for Tender submission.
2. Assisting in the recruitment, training and development of staff.
3. Identifying prospective clients and then contacting them.
4. Implementation of lifting department development program and supervising its
Execution.
5. Prepare for emergencies and respond promptly and effectively to any accident.
6. Report all job process as well as Evaluating crew performance.
7. Study the company’s need of cranes and prepare the crane mobilization Plan.
8. Preparing purchase order for lifting equipment and rigging tools.

-Preparing meeting with client and making presentations for the company’s products
-Searching for new customers and markets that need the company’s products
- Customers support onsite and over phone
- Preparing the annual stock need of products and spare parts
- Onsite Maintenance.
