January 2022 - Present

I began my journey at Sarens Nass as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, part of my
graduation program at the University of Bahrain. During my internship, I
demonstrated a strong interest and aptitude for learning, spending considerable time
on-site to observe major projects involving cranes with capacities up to 600-tons. My
dedication caught the attention of my supervisor, who subsequently offered me a
position as a Junior Heavy Lift Engineer.
In this role, I was entrusted with leading significant projects, including the Bahrain
Steel Expansion erecting the a PEB over the storage yard in Bahrain steel and Avenues
Mall Expansion, despite my junior status. I took on responsibilities typically reserved
for more experienced engineers, successfully executing tasks without senior oversight
which led to my promotion to heavy lift engineer.
I contributed to various projects such as lifting plans for wind turbine installations, HBI
plants in Oman, and bridge demolitions in Qatar. I led the execution of rig move
contracts for Bahrain's two largest onshore rigs, Ensign Rig 601 and 602. This involved
meticulous planning and preparation, as well as on-site execution as the main truck
pusher, ensuring smooth and safe operations at frequency of two moves per month.
Alongside my engineering duties, I am responsible for implementing the SARPLAN
inventory management system, a task I have diligently progressed with since my
internship. Having formed teams at each Operational business unit, training them and
overseeing the inventory taken and coordinating with our global partner to have the
SARPLAN system up and running
