Follow up the shop drawings, method statements and material approval
Monitor safety of Labour
Day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labour
Daily coordination with the Site Foreman to ensure technical details are carried out in accordance with the specifications
Supervise work on site in accordance with contract agreement
-Supervision for all site activities. -Record and maintain all site activities during execution daily. -Carry out the specified inspection daily during site work to ensure the quality of work according to project specs. -Monitor the progress of work to ensure that progress according to project programme. -Monitor,control and coordinate between subcotractors and different trades in site.
