• Project details:
1: Main villa
Ground floor contain 2 big receptions, Cinema (1 5-person), Panorama elevator and crystal stairs.
St Floor: contain bed rooms, living rooms, Bath rooms and main bed room with private swimming pool 30 m2 dropping water fall on the main swimming pool.
2: Gust house:
Situated next to the pool, has an onyx stainless steel, and glass wall that will implement privacy while allowing the passage of early morning light.
The west façade is equipped with an operable photovoltaic shield that operates by the help of sensors to maximize its exposure to the sun while protecting the interior from the sun. Also contain sauna and Jacuzzi room at upstairs

3: service block:
The service block is an independent structure that lies parallel to the street and protects the inner courtyard from the inquisitive eyes of passerby.
Contain a big kitchen servant rooms, driver rooms, and garage (9 cars).

4: Swimming pool:
Swimming pool with Olympic conditions

5: Pump room

6: Landscape:
A privet landscape has been constructed with the inclusion of patios, gardens and yards which affect not only the spatial arrangement of the house, but also it sense of time.
The buildings has a central AC system and anti-noise system that for the project is near Dubai international airport

The project performing reference to the U.A.E and U.S.A codes.
