- Supervised the Activities and the Operation of Water treatment station STELMAS for PW purified water & WFI water for injection, Steam Boilers, Air compressors and HVAC systems.
- Handling the PM/CM activities for water chillers and AHUs.
- Creating a full design of an electric control panel to sync between main water supply and water treatment station by automatically controlling the following: water pumps, a water tank, pneumatic valves, level control and indicators with alarms.
- Managing the installation of a new absorption chiller HITACHI type and implementing the required gas pipelines.
- Supervising the installation of 2*1M generators (CAT) type with its ATS panel.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide a suitable solution within a short time period.

- Modified a part of a Dying machine (THIES) by designing a PCB board using Eagle software and PIC16F84A microcontroller as a hardware to convert dismal numbers to binary numbers to supply Siemens S7 PLC input according to operator order.
- Modified a textile Rolling machine from a manual control panel to automatically using PLC & HMI Screen DELTA type.
- Operator screen HMI repairing for textile cutter machine by changing some of electronics components.
- Repair 15KW motor speed driver and other electronic instruments.
- Implementing the installation of new textile preparation & Dying machines.
- Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance of all electrical equipment, components, and installations.
- Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Ensure that types of equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities.
